IF UNDERTAKING TUBECLASSES ($ 1600.00):

1. students can undertake the course at any time (rather than when the MOOC course starts);
2. comprehensive PowerPoint slides will be provided for all the lectures;
3. students are also most often directed to follow a MOOC course as a supplementary learning vehicle;
and
4. all proctoring/supervision of the assessments are done by Calwest University Professors, so that there is no external proctoring fees or recognition of prior learning fees to be paid extra by the student.

Further, students registered with Tubeclasses do NOT require a course completion certificate from the MOOC provider, as all assessments of higher learning is being done by Calwest University professors.

IF REQUESTING A CHALLENGE ASSESSMENT ($ 250):

This option is for students who have previously undertaken a similar courses elsewhere (including MOOC Courses) that broadly covers the syllabus, but have NOT had their assessments proctored.

In such situations students can obtain Calwest University credit by undertaking a challenge exam administered by Calwest professors. Students do NOT require a course completion certificate from the MOOC provider, as all assessments of higher learning is being administered by Calwest University professors.

However, before applying for a Challenge Assessment, it is strongly recommended that students instead apply to do the Tubeclass of the same course (for the same fee of $ 250). This will enable them to revise the material and do the practice quizzes that will prepare them properly for the Challenge Assessment. There is only one attempt at the Challenge Assessment permitted.
